Terms of service
These are the terms EZ Web works under. They are short on purpose. If a signed proposal or statement of work says something different, that document wins.
Who you are dealing with
EZ Web Development LLC, a Florida limited liability company, at 1909 Tyler Street, Suite 308, Hollywood, FL 33020. Founder Ezra Pinsky, ezra@ezweb.dev, (561) 692-6868. In these terms, "we" and "EZ Web" both mean EZ Web Development LLC, and "you" means the business that hires us.
What we do
Search engine optimization and generative engine optimization: measuring where AI assistants and search engines cite a business, then writing and publishing pages designed to earn those citations and rankings. AI drafts the first version of that content. A named specialist reviews every piece before it goes anywhere, and nothing publishes without your approval. The specific deliverables for your engagement are the ones named in your proposal.
What we do not promise
We cannot guarantee a ranking position, an AI citation, a traffic number, or a lead volume, and anyone in this industry who does is guessing or lying. Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Copilot, and every other engine change their systems without notice and rank results by rules they do not publish. We promise the work, the measurement, and honest reporting of what the measurement says, including when it says the work has not moved the number yet.
Money and cancelling
Retainers are month to month. Invoices are issued at the start of each month and due on receipt unless your proposal says otherwise. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. To stop, tell us before the next month begins and the next invoice does not go out. Work already delivered and invoiced is still payable. Prepaid, undelivered work is refunded.
The free audit
The audit offered on this site is free and comes with no obligation. We run it, send it, and you decide what to do with it. It reflects what the engines returned on the dates we measured, and those results move. It is analysis, not a guarantee of future results.
Who owns what
Content, pages, and copy we deliver and you pay for are yours. On payment of the invoice covering that work, all rights in those deliverables transfer to you, and you can keep, edit, move, or delete them after the engagement ends. What stays ours is the way we work: Citrion, our measurement instrument, our internal tooling, our prompts, our processes, and any report template. Client audits and their data stay confidential to that client.
What we need from you
Access to what the work needs, such as the site, the CMS, and the analytics you already run, plus a person who can answer questions and approve content. Everything you send us has to be yours to send. You are responsible for the accuracy of claims we publish on your behalf about your own business, your credentials, and your results. If a delay comes from waiting on approvals or access, timelines move by that amount.
Regulated industries
If you are a law firm, a medical practice, or in any other field with advertising rules, you are responsible for confirming that published content meets your regulator's or bar association's requirements. We will write to those constraints when you tell us what they are, but we are not your compliance counsel.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything arising out of the work is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Neither side is liable to the other for lost profits or other indirect damages. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot legally be limited.
Confidentiality
We keep what you tell us confidential and we do not name you as a client, publish your results, or use your logo without your written permission. If we ever ask to write up your results as a case study, that is a separate yes from you, and you see the piece before it is published.
Using this website
Read it, quote it, link to it. Do not scrape it wholesale, republish it as your own, or use it to train a model you then sell. The content on ezweb.dev belongs to EZ Web Development LLC. Comparison pages on this site describe other companies using their own public materials on the dates noted, and are not claims about them beyond that.
Governing law
Florida law governs these terms, and Broward County, Florida is where disputes are heard. Before either of us files anything, we talk: a phone call and a good faith attempt to sort it out.
Changes
If these terms change, the effective date at the top changes with them. Changes do not apply retroactively to work already underway.
